Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed between 1-3 working days after confirmation. Depending on the destination, International orders will be delivered between 2-7 working days.
If your item is faulty, contact us at orders@wearthandi.com with images of the fault. All claims need to be made within 48 hours of receiving your order, and if the request is accepted, a full refund including shipping costs will be processed.
If your item is not faulty or incorrect, returns will be accepted in exchange for store credit. Returns must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was sent in. Items with stains, smells or other discrepancies will be rejected and no store credit will be issued.
